Oh, you have 4 babies, my couple only had 3. Off the subject, but I just read last night that golden eagles, like the ones I photographed, usually lay 2 eggs (mine had 3 eaglets!) but later, as the babies mature, the stronger one will kill the weaker one so it will get all the food the parents bring to the nest. I don't want ANY of those little ones to die! Sometimes nature in all its wisdom can seem so cruel. Don't worry, I won't interfere, but you know I want to!
Cool picture! I see the babies in the front, but is there a little critter in the back right, too? I'm not very good when the problem requires visual intelligence. <g>
