Waiting.......

Time.... Time.....Ticking.......Ticking away..........

Still waiting for my Colposcopy results, still waiting for the Breast MRI (Thursday) Still waiting for my Jim to get home from a "rarely ever happens" business trip.

So I am completely in my manic mode........I don't care what anyone says about mania, it's the only time I have the energy to do everything I have to get done! lol lol lol I'm even going back to the gym for the first time since my mastectomy this morning after I drop the kids off at school........yeah me! lol

I've been spring cleaning my house one room at a time, I've been out every day either doing lunch or shopping with one the girlz....I'll probably get grounded as soon as Jim gets home..........NOT! lol lol lol...... although I really did need the things that I bought....all my pre-cancer clothes don't fit and even though I will probably loose even more weight once I start working out again I can't walk around with my pants falling off me or be able to smuggle a small family under my shirts now can I???

Who knew cancer had perks huh? lol lol lol

Life is good and I am thankful for every moment of it!

There is no better 'cure all' than a good days retail therapy!  It should be on the Medicare rebate scheme!!! Glad you are feeling good. I hope to be getting there real soon.

Have a fabulous rest of the week.

Now, now...just remember to not overdo!

I do have a limerick for you:

There is a blogger named Kim
Who proved she was anything but dim
Grabbed cancer by the horns
And in it's ass stuck some thorns
Then she lived happily ever after with Jim!!!

Love ya!
Sheila

Well you are going to be one skinny lady there for sure now that you plan to start working out more, but I'll be happy if you never lose another pound and keep the great look and sharp wit and joy you always seem to carry in your heart.  You make everyone realize that you can get through anything with your positive attitude....you're indeed a winner....may your results of your colposcopy and MRI come back good for you, it's my wish indeed.   Arlene (AJ)

Sure, I get it.  *You* go to the gym, while you encourage *me* to make greasy fattening carnival food.  What's up with that??  LOL!  You are gonna feel so good to get your limbs moving again and get the blood circulating.  Of course, you won't feel good tomorrow!  Have fun!  It'll get your mind off of things for a little while.

You are such a positive woman!  I so admire you!  I look forward to hearing about your weight loss through your self inflicted 'boot camp'  Lol!   I gained weight whilst going through chemo' too.  It had something to do with the steroids.  I had a face like a football and a body to match...Lol!  Its going slowly. TG! I spotted a lovely pair of blue jeans in a shop window, whilst driving past the shopyesterday...hmmm? Must definitely be Spring!  Hurrah!   A new wardrobe!  Good luck with your results.   Jeanie
