Super Zoo photos!  It must have been a lovely warm sunshiny day, since the animals are enjoying a snooze. Much like the day we are having here in the English Lakes. Bryan my husband is doing the same out on our warm sunny patio as I type.  I would love to take such good close ups of animals.  If I do it always seems to be a fluke.  Your weekend with your friends sounded hilarious but I liked the sound of the walk in the woods with the lichen stepping up the moss covered  tree.  Now that was a lovely mind picture.  Thanks for sharing and always stay the way you are.  Your wonderful!   Jeanie

I love big cats! I remember when I was small and my Mom would take me to Lincoln Park and I'd see all the big cats, and I'd think that if I had my kitten long enough, she'd grow to that size and have a mane just like the lion.
