This old farm house was abandoned as well as the farm.......windows were broken, memories left scattered through the house as if the family just vanished....most old farms in my area are vanishing making was for what they call progress........new subdivisions....that makes me as sad as this old farm house

We have these all over the place as well and yes it is sad for i remember when they were peoples homes their way of life and it seems "progress" isnt always a good thing

These sort of places are great when you've got more money than brains. But I live in a house from 1843, it's nothing but a pain in the arse craptacular money pit. Those places are usually filled with small, irregular rooms, and like old cars they constantly need worked on.
