The best realization I have had is that sense of " I Don't want to go" ...true, I dont want to go, but I KNOW when I get where ever it is I am going, I will have fun. Sometimes you just have to make the extra effort to actually get there! ~SoozAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7325978708379517839.post-67562545447135563972004-12-05T08:37:00.000-08:002004-12-05T08:37:00.000-08:00WOW, THIS WAS ALL REALLY GREAT ADVICE. COME ALONG WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER KIM?<br>BY THE WAY, I COULDNT AGREE WITH YOU ON OPENING THE BLINDS, HAVING CANDLES THAT REMIND YOU OF SPRING AND SUMMER, LIKE THE LEMON ONE THAT YOU USE. I think it is very kind of you to try to help other people who may be going through what you have been through. The advice you gave at the end sounds like good advice and especially the part about opening the blinds and letting the light in. Thank you for your kindness and honesty. But I am not one of those who can. My whole life changed for the better, much better, when I started my meds. For me, they enabled me to laugh again, feel joy again, to be me. My mania is under control pretty well, too. And yes, I too miss the incredible highs you could feel, but boy did I do some crazy things. I admire your strength, though. Best wishes.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
