So much to tell....so little time! lol

Later this afternoon Jim will be taking me for my Colposcopy Test, My Gyn Dr will be doing the test in his office and thank all of you who have had this test and gave me great advice...I'm not sure if I am going to take a vicodin or a xanax! lol I was told it should take under a week to get the results back and I have no fear in my heart..my intuition is telling me the funky result was because of the chemo treatments.

I called Dr. Hottie for my Mammo/UltraSound tests and his Nurse said he wanted to see me, now with the first bout with Cancer the Radiologist told me I had Cancer without actually saying it out loud....I was told lumps are explained 3 ways, non-suspicious, borderline and suspicious, he said, "I am adding way beyond suspicious to yours!" This time I had different TECHS and a different Radiologist and nothing was confirmed or denied, I was just told the mammo warranted the ultra sound and that the ultra sound alone looked great, but they needed to study the Mammo longer and that there definitely was a lump on my right breast...the left one was the one I lost to Breast Cancer. I see Dr. Hottie on Thursday afternoon...my intuition is a buzzing but I can't get a good read on it yet......but whatever it is I will once again do exactly what the Doctor's tell me even if it's more surgery and more chemo.....I got babies to finish raising and grand babies yet to meet and Jim needs me....he has no idea where anything is in this house!! lol lol lol.......And most of all I want a little more of "happily ever after" with him!!!

I have decided along with my friends and family to do the Y-ME Breast Cancer Walk which takes place on Mother's Day in Grant Park (Chicago) so if you wish to help me raise funds please visit my link to this event to make a donation....EVERY DOLLAR DOES SOME GOOD! I did my battle with just the support of my family and friends and YOU... my J-Land friends, other's need more than that so please help if you can and for those that can't help financially right now your prayers are needed and most appreciated!

My prayers are with you and your family. It's great you are getting out and getting envolved to help fight cancer. This is a positive step, and they say being positive makes your body fight the cancer harder, because of the healing endorphines it releases! So Stay Positive! I participate in the local chapter of "Walk for Life" this benefits cancer research and uplifts the survivors. It's a blessing to be in this event. To see all the survivors and to be at the memorial candle lit service. It is just awesome! Have fun with your event! You deserve it. (((Hugs)))
God Bless,
Liz in VA.

In this day and age it seems less of a matter of 'Y Me' and more a matter of 'When?'.
Keep faith in your intuition, it is your inside shoulder to lean on.  Hoping all the best, love ya!  Jody

I hope your test went well today.  It surely doesn't sound fun.  Good idea to take something to relax!  I think it's normal, even policy for the radiologists to not say anything definite.  You really can't know until it's under a microscope.  So try not to read anything into it. (easier said than done!)  I'm gonna head out and check out that y-me link.  Good for you doing that walk!

My sister Ann is a survivor of two kinds of cancer, including a rare pancreatic one and breast cancer.  She lost her pancreas to the first one which made her into a severe diabetic, but she did not get so advanced with the second one.  I have never seen such a fighter of disease.  She has now been ten years without a pancreas.  I know her attitude like yours is the veery best when it comes to fighting such a disease. She just does what needs to be done, all sails ahead.  She is an inspiration to everyone.  Your beautiful photo journal brings peace to my soul!  Gerry http://journals.aol.com/gehi6/daughters-of-the-shadow-men/

Good luck. Ask on the meds...they knocked me out when I had the test. I woke up in the middle but then they knocked me out again. I was sooo happy. The walk sounds great. I have done the Leukemia one downtown & it is great...of course it was not so early in the morning! HA!

My Gosh girl!  You have the best attitude ever.  You're going to be just fine.  I am sorry you have to go through all this again, but you are strong, and also an inspriation to all of the rest of us in J'land.  How you can be so funny even in the face of adversity I don't know, but I am awed by that!   Merry

Good luck with both the test results and with the 3-day walk. I am going to do one of the overnights at one of the south suburban high schools with my inlaws.
